The Program Committee invites you to submit an abstract that summarizes your original work before December 9, 2024. You will be notified of acceptance by January 13, 2025, but those submitting before the deadline may receive advance notice.
Abstract Submission Details
Please underline the name of the person(s) presenting
Include the name of all authors (Please do not include degrees or titles.
Title of the paper should not be in all caps. It should written as a sentence (please do not use “title case”).
Except for overviews, please organize abstract as follows: Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusions
Abstracts may be edited at any time until February 24, 2025 by submitting a replacement abstract.
Abstracts will be published in Program Book which will be posted on the conference website. Authors of accepted abstracts may be given the option to have their submissions included in the conference proceedings.
Participants who submit abstracts for poster presentation are expected to present their work at the scheduled poster session.
Trainee Travel Grants
Ten travel stipends of will be awarded to the top trainee abstracts, to be chosen by the Conference Committee. The awards will be as follows:
